Usually we have a two week turn around time. This depends on a few things. Depending on our schedule we sometimes can have an order out in a week or less. If you order product from us it can also depend on ship times. Most of our companies are in  1-2 day ship zones, but some are in the 3-5 day ships zones. One thing that can hold up an order is artwork. New orders can take a bit longer if the artwork is complicated. If you bring in your logo, make sure it is a vectorized log. If you can’t provide vectorized art, we can do that for you, but it will take more time and there will be a charge. If you want us to create a logo for you, please be ready to give us a general idea of what you want.

There is a screen charge for each color in your design. This is because a separate screen has to be burned for each color in your desing. Lets say you have red letting with a white outline. That would be two colors and the screen charge would be $30 for the order. Screens are kept for one year. If you order again within a year, we will only charge a “reset” charge, not a full screen charge. Think of a screen charge as being divided up into the number of items you are having printed. If you order 30 shirts for example, a two color screen charge would add $1 to each shirt. Obviously the fewer items you have printed, the more expensive each item becomes.

A screen reset charge covers the cost of screen preparation and screen alignment. Setting up a new screen takes time and resources. If we have to set up for less than 12 pieces the screen reset charge is doubled.
